Vintage Coat - daisy design & Cotton? Age, info. ?

Vintage coat, with daisy flower pattern attached and sewn on a separate from main coat. Feels like cotton. No label, Any additional info. would be appreciated.

I would say 60s and it would most likely have had a dress that went with it.

Agreed: early '60s afternoon coat. Has lost it's matching dress which would have been a fitted style. Probably made from lace over a taffeta lining - and may have been dyed. They do come in black, but I find that they're usually lighter colours like blues, greens and mushroomy pinky browns.

I find those jackets sell well in black, especially when they have collars like yours
