What does it say below Herbert Hock?
Look like it was German made - Dusseldorf.

I am finding only a few references to Herbert Hock. One is a listing supposedly on eBay and Amazon. The other reference is on Yelp which I do not have on my phone.

The label translates to:
Custom Made
Herbert Flock (Hock?)
Men's Outfitter
Dusseldorf Koln
I presume Herbert Flock/Hock was a retail store that custom made the coat.

The shop was on the Königsallee or "Kö", which is Düsseldorf's prime shopping street, and it says it was once considered the best address for classic menswear.

In the year 1925, Herbert Stock founded his company on Blumenstrasse. Gradually, stores were opened on Königsallee, Schadowstrasse and Hohe Strasse in Cologne. Herbert Stock loved and lived his business - even at the age of 86. Until shortly before his death in 1986 he remained committed to the company.
