I found a two black wool coats. Both are vintage. One has an old label that says "Made In California" in fancy script. The other one has a label "Samuel Marrow" or Morrow of Chicago. I also see a small garment worker's label, and will examine it with a magnifying glass. It has a # 724710.
Any ideas ? One is a clutch coat with rhinestones, and braid on the collar, with a horizontal striped lining. The other has a fur ? collar, and braided ? covered rounded buttons. I want to keep them. They were rare finds out here in the desert thrift shops. Both labels are inside the coat along the side, not at the neckline.
