Vintage cotton Hawaiian shirt no lable

Was drawn to this one but no actual label, with the care tag , size and apparent nametag location above the pocket I assume this was a staff shirt at some point e time? There is writing on the collar that supports this as well.

You can look up the RN number there...is it 41433 or 41488?

Not sure I'd automatically assume it was a staff shirt. Could be a theater costume or film studio costume...
