Looking for more info on this dress.
The label is not in the Dior label index.
It has a metal zipper and has pinking seams

Looks very 60s to me . Are there any other tags. That copyright symbol didnt appear until around 63 or 64 i believe . Some one correct me if im wrong

But id put this in the mid 60s category

The symbol doesn't look like copyright symbol - © to me. It looks like the Registration Trademark ® to me. The fabric and colors looks C 1960s to me, but the dress looks very, very short - like it might be a top rather than a dress - but that may just be the angle from which the photo was taken.

Yes maybe its a top. I can see that

Hopefully not chopped into a mini.
:puzzled:
Love the colors, and the bit of appliqued embellishment on the left shoulder area.

I’ve added more pics to show it’s true length.

and it's not stitched on very well, imo (the stitches are uneven, the label is not placed along the neckline at a consistent angle); it could be someone took a scarf label and stitched it on to a dress to try to increase it's value...

THAT makes sense, and now that I see how it is sewn so badly into the dress, someone has repurposed the label from a tie into the dress. I once sold a large lot of stained designer ties (silk ties just don't dry clean well...) on eBay and they sold for a LOT of money, which made no sense to me at the time ( I thought someone would buy them for crafting), but afterwards I realized it was the labels that people wanted for just this kind of shenanigans.
