Vintage Echo

Can anyone help me to date this echo, I posted it with another echo scarf asking for help and think I figured the other one out but this one I cant figure out the date or what it was styled for.

As mentioned by Maggie in your original post....It was likely created to celebrate the US bicentennial in 1976 and does imitate a sampler. So it would date to the 1970s / 1976.
