Vintage Fox Run Bell Bottoms: Men's or Women's?

Hey Amazing People of VFG:

I picked up these amazing denim and leather bell bottoms by Fox Run the other day. What do you think? Men's or Women's? No sizing info in the jeans and I've posted the only label.

I know it doesn't really matter, but just thought I'd get your thoughts. I'm leaning men's.

Waistband measures 16 inches laid flat and around 19 inches at the hip.

I think they are woman's.

What side are the buttons although that really doesn't mean much nowadays?

Standard length pockets or shorter, ( leaning more to womans )?

No back pockets, again not meaning much, my gut instinct, Womans.

Womens, I think, going by the snaps.

I think they are 1970s, I'm guessing they don't have stretch?
