Vintage Harrods Label

Hello Everyone,
I buy fashion items and sewing notions (mainly buttons) at auction. In a lot of buttons I found this Harrods label. It was not attached to a clothing or other item and I've only found one image on Google that's the same. The image was posted on X (formally Twitter) and I'm not a member. Would anyone know which item/s this label was attached to? Would anyone been able to date the label? Thank you so very much.

By looking at our label guide it looks like it's probably a 60's label. The label fabric seems too heavy for any piece with finer fabric, but it's so hard to guess. The size of the label might give a hint.

As Amanda said, the size does indicate the garment type - it appears to be small, so perhaps a shirt or tie?
