Beautiful dress! I don't know anything about HK, but I would say 50s.

No, not earlier. Is it full length? Could you post a pic of the dress showing the length? It does though look as if it might be 60's.

I am leaning toward 60's also. It looks my my sisters prom dress-especially the colors and the green velvet belt.

I agree, 60s came to mind right away, its that green velvet ribbon that does it. I looks like it has kind of a bubble or tulip skirt, but it's hard to tell.

I do see a tulip look to the bottom portion of the dress. I also thought it would be really neat as a summer unique wedding dress. I am getting ready to post a wedding dress as well. would love more insight.

Do you think that $50 is too high for this type of dress as a starting auction price (I am an Ebayer)? I have seen them upper price points. This was cared for and has minor remembrances of the previous owner who had it professionally cleaned. Interior looks great.
