Vintage Hermes or fake?

Hi there

My mother picked up this vintage bag in a thrift shop years ago and she convinced it is the real deal. I am not so sure... although the stitching is very good there are a few things on it that make me doubt it's authenticity. I also couldn't find any pictures of it online.

Does anyone know of this design or where I can take it to get it checked out in London? I'd be embarrassed to take it to Hermes in case it was fake.
