Hi all!
On one of my recent vintage appointments I was delighted to find 2 vintage Hermes scarves in a plastic ziplock baggie among the owner's accessories. Unfortunately one of the scarves has a small hole from being stored in plastic. Both are in need of a good professional cleaning and luckily I have a very good dry cleaner that I trust with all my vintage. My question is whether or not to have the hole repaired or restored. Will it affect the value with a repair?
Any insight appreciated!
