Vintage Herve Leger Couture Bandage Dress

Hi, i found this dress recently and hoping to learn more about the timeframe and the couture label. I checked the label resource guide but don’t see this one. I think this maybe a late 90’s/y2k dress judging from it’s made in France label. Assuming this was made prior to Leger sold his company? Thank you!

Herve Leger bandage dresses were only produced
1989-1998 and from 2007-present - BCBG put the brand on hold when they acquired it. The couture label is only from before the sale in 1998.
