Vintage? Highart Tailcoat

Hello, hello hello. I've recently acquired an old, or which I believe is an old, Highart tailcoat size 36 button fly, a fastener that are two buttons on a piece of string. the copyright date looks like 1895 but I'm unsure on that. It appears to made of wool or possibly felt or velvet/velour. That's all I know really so any help is appreciated thanks all.

Also if anyone has a vest like the one pictured I'd love a price on it I've been wanting one for a while.

Hi, if you hang it on the door or frame so the light is on it rather than behind it we should be able to see a lot more.
