The rosette has been declared alive and well for spring 2023. How quaint. From 17th century shoes to the c. 2000 wardrobe of Sarah Jessica Parker aka Carrie Bradshaw, the three-dimensional rosette is a time-tested flourish. It was recently rediscovered by runway fashion designers as well as street fashionistas, but it is nothing new.
