Vintage Jacket - curious about the manufacturer

Good Morning,
I am happy to have found this site! I recently inherited a couple of trunks full of vintage clothes, mostly from the '60's or a bit earlier, because some I remember my Mom wearing some of the items. Other things I picked up in Thrift Stores or Vintage shops in the late '70's through the early '90's. One item I have been unable to find research on is a tropical pattern men's jacket. The tag says Made in British Hong Kong, but I can't find anything on the manufacturer: First Break. Perhaps someone here might know something? Thank you.

Also, this 1967 article states that "First Break is the label on a brand new sports coat emanating from Hong Kong... These coats are the brain children of Bill and Mary Foster of Malia Hawaii sportwear, who founded Malia Imports a couple of years ago to bring in their stunning line of Tribute silk fashions. The designs are created here, the work is executed by their factories in Hong Kong"

I knew Mary Foster and had planned to talk to her about Malia but never did. I know that Malia stopped making women's and men's fashions and concentrated on making uniforms - and is no longer in business. One of my neighbors worked for them when they made uniforms..

This article contains a lot of information about Malia:

Mary Foster passed away at the age of 90 in 2015. I can access her Obit but it might be because I subscribe to the Star-Advertiser:

The RN number is of Malia Hawaii. I see a 1968 article that references "First Break" as a "sports jacket in Hawaiian plaid print of various shades of blue and black by Malia-Hawaii"
Thank you so much for all of this wonderful information! I am trying to organize these various pieces of clothing to auction them on ebay for charity on behalf of the former owner. I learned a lot about what the various parts of a blazer are named today. I have some items from the old Buffums stores, & a shirt from Judy's. May I copy the photo of the news article? Thank you again!
