I don't know a lot about dating vintage jewelry yet...so I thought someone may be able to help me date these items
*Green Hinged Screw Backs - stamped with Napier
*Black Bead Screw Back Earrings (No Stamp)
*Sterling Silver Bird Screw Backs - Stamped with Beau B Sterling
*Black Bead Necklace - Stamped with Monet

Please help...and any additional info on why you dated them a certain way would also be helpful for me as I learn about vintage jewelry

Looks like a very nice collection of mid-century earrings Nicole -- the choker looks later.

There are lots of costume jewelry sites that can provided assistance with dating, since all of the pieces are signed (makes it easier ;) ). BTW, Napier is seeing better prices now due to a recent book, so they should do well.
