Vintage Lace Blouse-Date?

Hey everyone! I'm hoping to get some help dating this lace cropped blouse. It has no tags or markings of any kind so it's hard for me to even ballpark it. It does have some cute little deco-feeling buttons, they feel like heavy plastic. The lace does have a sort of delicate old feel to it. This has a lingerie feel too, would you call this a bed jacket? Any help would be great, thanks!

I doubt the buttons are original - this style could be '50s, '60s or more recently. It looks like a nylon lace - how are the seams finished? I think it's a blouse rather than bed jacket, I can see it being worn over a fitted dress or by itself as a separate with jeans or a skirt.

Thanks for your help! I agree that the buttons are probably not original as they are sewn on with a slightly different colored thread. It does feel like a nylon lace. The inside seams are raw so I suppose this could be a handmade piece.
