Vintage lace

I was wondering if someone can help me identify what type of lace this is? It's from a 1920s dress. I've looked and I can't seem to find anything like it.

I've seen that sort of lace in '20s dresses before and it's usually a silk lace.

Ok, thank you. That helps. Is there a certain name for the style/pattern or technique? Is it hand made?

No, it's machine made lace - I don't know of a particular name for the type, sorry - I've only seen it as silk lace.

Agreed I have a 1920s dress and have seen this machine made lace on early 20s dress as well. I have seen it quite a few times so it must have been popular. There is one in my shop now with the exact color, style and method of creation.

Perhaps Nottingham Lace, which was machine made from its inception. If you look at Google images you can compare yours.
