Vintage Laura Ashley Dress

Hello, I would like to find out about the date of this gorgeous Laura Ashley dress and jacket. It has a "Made in Carno" label as well as a metal zip, as well as the old style fabric care label which makes me think that it might be late 70s or early 80s. The made in Carno label is underneath the woven Laura Ashley label.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Looks 80s to me, early by the care label as you suggested, no drying instructions, and the numbered wash '5'.

I can't see that style being 70s, but perhaps others know differently. The metal zip is surprising.
