vintage levis identification

I came across these, not sure what year / make they are. Any help would be much appreciated,

I'm not sure, but because of the high waist, and blue Levi's label, they appear to be from the 70's.
Do you see a care label on the inside?
 
From what I've read if the Levi's on the little tag on the back pocket have a lowercase e they are post 1971. Yours has a small e so I'm guessing they're from then.
 
I just took a closer look at the tags, and it actually states the pants are from 1977! I'm still not sure what make they are. I've attached some further photos.

You can check with 800-USA-LEVI with the lot number, they may have info on the color and style number. I'm not an expert but the lot numbers are nine digits XXXXX-OOOO ususally next to or below the word lot. your jeans are possibly 0514's I also have a pair of 70's jeans with 0514 but when I look up that style # on Google it will only show men's jeans. So maybe that was once a style for both men and women, but probably Levi's dropped the women's 0514 line.
