I have never seen this tag style before. Have searched all over the internet and done reverse image searches to no avail. I'm wondering if anyone has ever seen this before or has any idea of its age and or authenticity. I contacted Levi's HQ and they replied with an automated script that didn't help at all. Can you share a picture of the reverse of the care label (with washing instructions). I’d guess at fairly modern, pretty sure I saw a similar label a few years ago. Levi did a resurrection (like a whole stack of designers/brands) of the vintage styles of previous collections. 2010’s maybe?

I had a Made in India flannel plaid shirt that I bought new in a Levi's store in 2010. If I still have it, I'll grab a picture. I'm pretty sure it has the cursive script.
