Hmm I did a bit of research, and apparently that Coat of Arms is called the 'Golf King' coat of arms. If you look carefully you'll see it features two crossed golf clubs, two golf balls, and a man who apparently a caddie, as well as the crown and thistle/weeds.
You can buy it on buttons, presumably for your golfing blazer. It's not really a genuine Coat of Arms, more something for the golf enthusiast. It doesn't seem to be associated with a clothing brand.
Suede pants don't sound like golf wear, but what do I know?
Perhaps the maker just wanted a heraldic look for the lining, with the Rampant Lion as well (a classic heraldic beast)
