vintage lingerie help

Please can anybody help to date this lingerie piece. It is produced by John Hawkins and Sons. in internet I found lot of old photos from his manufacture in Preston in 19th century, but I hope that there are possible to date this piece - is it 20s , 30s 50s ?
The straps are added now.

Hi Liiva, Such a beautiful piece- do you think the hem has been shortened?.
Something is saying 20's to me, but the length is confusing, but I am sure other members may pop in with more info for you.
Can you take a quick photo of the inside hem finish for us?

Gosh that was fast!, thanks for the extra photos.
The hem is definitely machine sewn and much more recent in my opinion, so I wonder if this was a full length negligee originally?
I am sure someone with more knowledge of early 20th century garments will pop by to help you more soon :sunshine:
