Vintage Locket

Could anyone help with the age of this locket? I got it from my grandmother's house. I'm not sure who the people are inside. I also thought the medical looking symbol on the front is interesting.

The photos inside look 1910s-1920s, the locket quite possibly a little older. Have you tried carefully removing the photos? (use a toothpick or similar) You may find some markings stamped into the metal underneath, this is where the hallmarks are on my lockets.

Looks 1930s to me and not sure of the significance of the emblem. Most likely plated brass.
