Ookoo Registered Guest Dec 9, 2010 #2 It's hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like enamel. It's made by a process of fusing powdered glass to metal. It's an art form that goes back to the 13th century and is still used today. I remember wearing something like that in the late 70's.
