Vintage metal bead bag and bonnet with metal beading

Hi everyone can anyone help with the dating and ethnicity of these matching items that are as new but I be leave to have been locked away for years ?

The metallic beaded bag looks 1920s.

The hat however looks like it may have been made up.

Can you please show us a photo of the inside of the hat.

Where exactly is the printed ribbon attached to that we can see at the back of the hat.
