Vintage mexican dress?

Hello!
I need some help with some information about this dress. It,s look really old. Can you help me dating it?
I believe that the fabris is silk (after I have ironed it). I have added the narrow white ribbon to tie the neckline.

it actually looks more south american than central, perhaps peruvian or bolivian? l'm sure soemone will have a idea here, the use of silk....it reminds me of a national dress but cant place it....l dont belive it to be mexican.
