also, you may want to try scanning your jewelry items as it will avoid the flash glare. and a shot of the back is always good, and typically helpful for identifying a piece

With nothing to go by as far as details/info... It looks mid 1960's to me. I don't think it would have been a pricey piece back then and would bet there are no markings, designer stamp or signatures on it. That doesen't mean it's not pretty! As far as what it's worth? If you love wearing it or it makes an outfit... Priceless!
