Vintage nestle smarties children’s boots

I have come across the most amazing boots! Does anyone have any information about them? I’m struggling to find anything. Thank you in advance

How fun! Do they have any markings or labels inside or outside, apart from the Nestlé and Smarties logos?

Sadly not :-( Looks as if they did have something on the inside sole but it has now worn away.

The only thing I can point out is that they aren't American as Americans call smarties what we, in Canada, call 'rockets' - a completely different kind of candy.
