Vintage or not? HELP!

This has a vintage feel... but I am worried it's just that... a feel... and not actually vintage. Has anyone ever heard of "Bell"? Please & thank you!

I see what you mean. Are there no other labels at all, maybe a care label in a side seam? The brand label does look new-ish, though with a nod to vintage styles.

The cut on that bell sleeve looks recent.

That label does look like it's trying hard to look vintage. If you are lucky Lynn will see this and do some research.

It's modern. Google will point you to many garments from this brand on the resale websites, which will lead to info that it's a brand that was sold by Anthropologie and Nordstroms.
