Vintage or not vintage…c&a clockhouse, brazil

Hi all

so, I bought this lovely military style corduroy jacket - confident in the assumption it was vintage (probably 80s) because it was clock house (c&a) and they closed yonks ago…

but then I found - horror of horror - that’s it’s from Brazil and hence could conceivably just be a modern ‘does 80s’ piece. The company was registered in the early 80s, but there are a few red flags vintage wise (see below)

what do people think? It doesn’t have the typical clock house label I remember and it was made in china (which I know is a big no vintage wise) - but I’m hanging onto the vague possibility it could still be vintage…

please help!

The C&A Clockhouse brand was still around here in Europe until some years ago at least. I used to shop at C&A here until stopped buying fast fashion around 2016, before that I used to go to C&A for certain things and they definitely still had Clockhouse then.
