When you say "bubble" are you referring to the silhouette/style? They look like knickers to me. Knickers aka knickerbocker - longer ones were called "plus fours" - were mostly worn by men in the early 1900s through late 1920s. Women sometimes wore them for sporting events. They were very popular in the early 1980s, probably because of Diana Spencer.

However, if you are in the UK, the word "knickers" = underwear. It makes search harder.

Honestly I’m not sure on the style the person I purchased them from called them bubble pants.. I don’t know a whole lot about vintage fashion so I’m not 100% sure.

The Wikipedia entry on knickerbockers

Two pairs of early 80s lady's knickers from my sold archives

The corduroy pair were Rose Hips by Esprit. The burgundy velveteen ones were Gunne Sax.

Are these toddler-sized?
I do believe they are what was called bubble pants (for kids) back in the day... 1980s or 90s or so. That's just the type of thing I would have dressed my daughters in. They were common back then.
We need good clear photos of ALL labels and tags.
As always, eBay searches and Google Lens can be very helpful.
