Vintage penningtons?? and a hippy dress

This dress looks vintage to me, and I know Reitman's has been around a while, what do you all think??

What do you all think of this one? Has a metal zipper, I have more pics if you need.

THe Pennington's looks early-mid 70s to me - 1974ish? and the brown dress is one of those Mexican cotton lace dresses - early 70s?
