Vintage polo? Help!

Hi!

Just found the most comfortable sweatshirt ever but what caught my eye was the leather “polo Ralph Lauren sportsman” label and two leather elbow patches. I cannot find anything similar to it when doing some research on it. Anyone know anything about it. Thank you

I believe Ralph Lauren had a "Sportsman" line in the 1990s. The shirt being marked "Made in Hong Kong" supports that.
