I assume this is suppose to be the Puerto Rico Flag (very close). I've seen a lot of sweaters with the US flag but none from other countries. Was this a thing back in the 70/early 80's? Thanks again for the quick reply!!

Since it was Made in the USA--it can't be any later than the mid 80's.
