The museum contains a small but fascinating collection of purses and is well worth a visit...unfortunately the site is not in english but is still easy to navigate.

I love hearing about clothing and fashion museums I have never heard of before! I keep a file of all of them and its amazing how many there are around the world -- museums on fans, gloves, shirts, purses, shoes, leather, hats, lace, fashion, ethnographic clothing, textiles, stockings...

This museum recently re-opened. They were closed when I was in Amsterdam last November. Sigh....I guess I'll just have to go back. LOL!!
