Vintage Red Cross Uniform

Today I bought this vintage Red Cross Uniform at an estate sale. There are more pics here:

It also came with a hat which is not pictured. Could someone date it for me and maybe the value of it?

It looks 60s or early 70s to me... not sure of the value though.

Sarah, the only Red Cross uniforms I have had were 30s and 40s, and those did well at ebay auction where the collectors could bid against each other.
