Vintage Shoes Help- Should I buy them?

I sell vintage housewares and patterns on Etsy, but have just started to get my feet wet with buying vintage clothing. I went to an estate sale today that has at least a hundred pairs of vintage shoes, all in the boxes, from the late 50s and the 60s. The majority of them are a size 7 to 8 narrow. The prices range from 1.50-2.50 a pair.

So, my question to those much wiser and experienced than myself is, should I buy them? I don't want to come home with a hundred pairs of shoes that don't fit my wide feet that I can never unload? On the other hand, however, I don't want to miss out on an opportunity to stock up my Etsy shop if these types of shoes sell.

Thank you all so much!

The shoes aren't a ridiculously small size, but the narrow width will limit how wearable they are to a modern foot. At those prices though (and with the boxes), if it was me I'd pick at least 10 or 15 of the most interesting ones (in good condition too, of course).

It does sound like a great opportunity to "stock up", if you're thinking of branching out into vintage fashion as a seller!

Thanks so much for the help! I will definitely head back tomorrow and pick the best of the best up. I have a feeling I am going to need some more help dating them tomorrow, lol.

Ah! Why can I never find anything like that!? I'm green with envy!! I love vintage shoes, there's nothing better to complete a vintage outfit with!
I recently bought a lot of 4 from the US, still in their boxes for a very reasonable price.
I think they're just gorgeous, and I love the colourful and unusual ones, and I love them even more if they have their original boxes!
I hope you picked up some great ones, and that you have some luck in selling them!
I'm an 8B, so I have a bit more trouble in finding some that fit me, I'm always on the look out.

Funny because I just stumbled upon this forum and I am a sneaker collector. What type of shoes are these? Sounds like you should but, but if listed on eBay consider that for many shoes this old, especially sneakers are no longer wearable because over time they begin to crack. Even in this condition for some sneakers such as Nike's/Jordan's some of these are still valued in the hundreds if not thousands.
