Vintage shopping in San Diego

Hello everyone,
I am going to San Diego for a vacation and want check out vintage stores while I am there. Would be great if you could recommend your favorite vintage stores in San Diego.

Hi, I lived in San Diego for 13 years, left there when I was 26 because I married the man of my dreams, a US soldier. The Salvation Army in downtown San Diego, El Cajon (not far at all), and off un University Avenue, are all wonderful and full of vintage. The DAV downtown San Diego on G street? is great as well. The stores mentioned on Yelp were probably not well known in 83-96 when I was there, but they are probably well known now. I tell you I have been around the world with the military and I still love and miss San Diego. I came back to live there in 2000 when my husband went to Korea, and I enjoyed shopping for vintage there. My brothers still live there. I might see you there. I'll have to check out the stores on Yelp when I get there.
