Here are some pics from an exhibition of ladies swimwear that I set up today, as part of Ballarat's Heritage Weekend.

Many of the suits are from VFG members, so thank you for contributing to the display!

None of the suits will be for sale yet, as next month I've got the vintage swimwear parade at the Wintersun festival but after that, it's likely that some will be. I'm getting quite attached to them though, and quite a name for swimwear that it will be hard to part with them!

The mannequins are all hired and I have to say that I love the shape - in fact I've bought a similar one. She really makes those swimsuits come alive, with the turn of her hips and the shoulders back.

The collection on display above is about a quarter of what I have, and I keep finding more now that the word is out there.

What a fabulous show Nicole! I would have loved to have seen this in real life, but your report does a great job of sharing it with those of us who aren't local.

There are so many wonderful ones -- love the green, and green flowered one, and the first two black ones, and the coral one with the black accents ... heck, all of them!
