Hi all and thanks for taking the time to look at my post. I recently picked up a nice looking Donald Trump tie at my local thrift store. As you can see by the photos is has been signed and I'm wondering if this makes the tie junk now with no resale value??

Thanks for any help/advice given

Ooops. Thanks so much Ruth I followed your instructions and know see the photo. It was right way up on my computer so not sure why is the wrong way here.

If it's any interest, I'm sure the name Elder Benson Cluff is LDS. I'm always trying to figure out any names in and on the vintage items I find.

Wondering if this would be a case of put it out there and see what happens kinda of thing. Problem is figuring out a price based on having the writing on the back.

I agree with Jonathan and Maggie. The used Donald Trump ties are not fetching much and probably the names on the back devalues the tie, but it doesn't make it worthless. I would just put it out there at the lowest price you are willing to accept. I too think the message is charming and maybe a buyer would as well. Usually the items I find with names on them are from nursing homes. :-(

I found it interesting that in a thrift shop here in the south (North Carolina) there was an entire rail of ivanka trump blouses, brand new with tags, all made in China, all reduced to one dollar, and the rail was still nearly full when we went back on our rounds a few weeks later.
