I have this Toni Todd dress, but i'm not sure if its vintage or not. It's smocked in the back and the straps button from the inside of the back of the dress. There are two button holes on each strap for adjusting length. There's pockets on each side (hip level) and the bust is lined (last picture). The tag is sewn in where the bodice meets the skirt and the tag underneath is a union tag....extremely faded and the writing on the reverse side is showing through, but thats what it is, even though it looks funny in the picture.
