Vintage velvet bustier?

I found a pretty velvet bustier today, I think it's vintage but I'm not sure because I can't read the label. I can see that the first name is "Maria", but it's the last name that I'm having difficulty with. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not sure it's vintage yet, perhaps 90's by the type of labels and retro/goth style.
The label reads Maria Michels to me.
