Vintage Women's Marines Summer Uniform?

I have this cool vintage uniform, and the closest thing I could find to it was the United States Marine Corps Women's Reserve (USMCWR) summer uniform, but the examples I found were not exactly the same. I imagine they changed over the years, so it could be this one. It says they were originally made of plisse crepe, and then later of seersucker. Does this look like it could be the plisse crepe made out of a poly cotton blend ? It is somewhat similar to the WAVES uniform designed by Mainbocher, but the collars are different, as his had a specific design. Anyhow, anyone know anything about it, including era?

The content and wording of the care label has me thinking at least 1980's, despite it's retro style. What is on the other label that's flipped up?
