I would date your top as being from the 1960s. According to the VFG label resource:

In 1953, the House was closed in a merger with Paquin. The Worth name was bought by Sydney Massin, who founded Worth London Ltd. It was open on Grosvenor Street until 1967.

It isn't from the real House of Worth but perhaps may be from the later "Worth London Ltd" but the fact that the label says only "Worth" suggests not.

Are there any other labels? I'm worried that it might be a more modern repro, because of the nylon zipper (beaded tops like these were usually made in Hong Kong in the '60s and feature metal zips) and poor stitching of the detailed trim. Does it look original or added? A more detailed photo would help.

It's possible it's from the US company the Worth Collection, which like Carlise sells at trunk shows.

I did not check our label resource and don't have any of their pieces to check labels - but it's definitely a possibility.

I've had a rtw dress from the house of worth, label isn't in the resource (mine was capitals with a red 'w' i think) but it did definitely have the grosvenor st, w1 address on it too.

I'd agree that it's 60s, but possibly an unrelated worth! really nice top :)

Pretty top! And though it looks 60s to me also I'm wondering if Linn isn't right and this isn't a "W by Worth" blouse. I see a jacquard "W" in the back of the labe and an RN number, which I can't make out. Maybe looking up the RN number will solve the mystery for you:

Also, here's a link to the "W by Worth" site:

The Worth Collection company started in the early 90s.

The top def. seems vintage to me. There are no other tags other than the label shown.
I did look up the RN number and this is what I got, but I seemed to hit a dead end there.

That label is rather modern. I see it here in the thrifts and consignments frequently.

But frankly, it looks poorly sewn in and may not be original to the top.

The Worth NY that Linn links to has the same "double W" logo that W by Worth has and they share the same mission statement, New York address and starting year (1991), therefore I think it's safe to assume that it's the same company.

The styles of the 1960s were revived during the early to mid '90s so I think that's when your top is probably from. It could easily still feel "old", it's almost twenty years ago.
