Vintage YSL straw and fringe hat

Interesting hat! I have a few questions. How have the trims (fringes and lace appliques) been attached to the hat? Are they glued or sewn? Do you think they are original to the hat or have they been added to make the hat more fancy? What color is the hat, it looks pink or perhaps is a natural straw color. What does the tiny paper tag say?
It really does not look in the style of any YSL hat I have seen, they tend to not have that type of frou-frou trimmings. I might suspect it is from the 1970s, but hard to tell without having it in person to inspect it.

Yes, the trims have been glued on. I'm not sure if they're original to the hat, not being an expert on YSL hats. The color is pink. Not a bright pink, but not a baby pink, either. I can't get a good feel for the tag on the crown so I don't know if it's paper or fabric but it says "Italy". Thanks for your time. Rosanne
