Vogue Americana - Best Guess who the Designer is?

Hi there, I have a Vogue Americana dress. My guess is it was made up at the time (post 1967) but am trying to best guess who the designer is. I am thinking it might be Oscar de la Renta? What does anyone else think?

Perhaps you've already done this, but I went through the Vintage Pattern Wiki and found an Oscar de la Renta dress that has a built in cape like yours, but it's a different dress. You can see it here.

There are also lots of Vogue Americana patterns on etsy you could look at.
