Hey! I found this dress and wasn't sure the era. Does anyone know anything about the pattern? The number or designer would be awesome! What would you call the style of the collar?

Can't help with the designer, but looks to be from a 1960s pattern to me.

I'd say that rather than a collar, the dress has an applied yoke panel.
