Vogues of Hollywood jacket?

Just picked up this jacket. It's pretty cute, but does have a little moth damage (one small hole, but several spots of "surface damage."). I might keep it to wear, though...

I am curious, though, about the maker. A Google search turned up nothing on Vogues of Hollywood. There is a Recovery Board label, too. I'll post the jacket here, and the label in the next post. Feel free to use the label in the resource (or wherever!).

Forgot to add... That second button by the second button... is just decorative. And there is a button missing from the pocket on the left side (probably just remove the other pocket button...).
