Anne Fogarty? It looks like late 40's or early 50's and according to the VFG label resource Anne Fogarty started designing of rYouth Guild during those years. Is there any way to tell? Maybe an old sewing pattern or does anybody have any history in back files? (a hidden treasure).

I don't know when she left, but this looks later 50s to me. What a fabulous dress!
